TERMS
1. Registration & Contract Conclusion
By signing the booking form or sending a written registration (e.g. by email), you are making a binding booking for the retreat metime goes Portugal.
Once we confirm your registration in writing, your booking becomes legally binding, and the participation agreement is considered concluded.
2. Scope of Services
The exact scope of included and excluded services is listed in the booking summary on the first page of the registration document and is confirmed by your signature.
3. Participation Fee & Payment Terms
The participation fee is to be paid as follows:
50% deposit within 7 days of booking
emaining balance due by August 16, 2025
4. Minimum Number of Participants & Cancellation by the Organizers
The retreat will take place with a minimum of 5 participants. If this number is not reached by August 15, 2025, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
In that case, any payments already made will be fully refunded.
Further claims – especially for separately booked services such as flights, hotels, or rental cars – are excluded.
5. Cancellation by Participants
If you cancel your participation, the following cancellation fees apply:

up to 60 days before retreat 30 % of the total amount
59–30 days before retreat 50 % of the total amount
less than 30 days before retreat 100 % of total amount
No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure, or no-show.
6. Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your booking to another suitable person if they meet the participation requirements and you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the retreat starts.
Any costs associated with the transfer are your responsibility.
7. Insurance & Liability
Participation is at your own risk and responsibility.
You are solely responsible for assessing your physical and mental ability to participate in the retreat. The organizers assume no liability for injuries, health issues, accidents, or emergencies – including pre-existing, known, or unknown conditions.
Our retreat does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or physiotherapeutic treatment. Please consult your doctor in advance if you have any concerns.
We strongly recommend the following insurance coverage:
Travel cancellation insurance
International health insurance (including medical repatriation)
Travel interruption insurance
8. Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility
Participation in all activities — including optional add-ons, excursions, or physical activities on-site — is at your own risk.
The organizers are not liable for:
lost, damaged, or stolen items
travel arrangements (flights, rental cars, transfers, etc.)
force majeure (see section 9)
any physical or emotional consequences resulting from participation
9. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances — such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events — we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or adapt the retreat.
In such cases, we cannot accept liability for costs incurred. No claims for compensation will be accepted.
10. Illness or Absence of the Organizers
Should one or both organizers fall ill or be unable to attend due to important reasons, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement or adjust the program.
If the retreat cannot take place as a result, a partial refund of the participation fee will be issued.
11. Program Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or individual components, provided these do not significantly alter the overall character of the retreat.
There is no entitlement to specific program elements.
12. Photos & Video Recordings
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat to capture the atmosphere and may be used for our website or social media.
If you prefer not to appear in any published material, please let us know in writing or in person at the beginning of the retreat.
13. Accommodation & Travel Information
Accommodation at Hotel Charm Nature in Azeitão, Portugal must be booked separately.
We recommend booking directly via the hotel’s website using the reference "metime" to access the pre-reserved room quota.
Travel recommendation: Lisbon Airport (LIS). Flights, transfers, and rental cars must be arranged independently.
14. Data Protection
Your personal data will only be used for the organization and delivery of the retreat and will not be shared with third parties.

15. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Austrian law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
16. Severability Clause
Should any part of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In such a case, a provision that comes closest to the original economic intent shall apply.
